OVERVIEW

Since 2010 iD has worked with Nespresso to build the Experience Nespresso In Store Demonstration Programme, with a presence in over 100 stores nationwide and a core team of over 150 Brand Ambassadors. We have a well-established team (Head Office and Field Based) for the right candidate to develop and mentor on an ongoing basis. The team are proactive, enthusiastic and very passionate about Nespresso.

We are currently looking for a Strategic and Creative Account Director to head up the account. Our current AD is leaving for an International opportunity and leaves the team in great shape following a successful 2 years developing the programme to its current level.

Innovation is key to the future success of our team and with that in mind we are looking for a leader who will create and deliver the next template of success. Key areas of focus will include recruitment and selection, training, motivation, customer engagement initiatives and using market and consumer insights to further evolve our experience.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will have experience working on a long-term prestige brand account and a proven experience building and developing strong relationships. They will be a strategic thinker with experience and knowledge of integrated marketing. They will have the ability to offer advice and solutions to Nespresso business challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic & Creative – clear thinking able to add value to clients business challenges
  • Leadership – ability to lead and develop an established team
  • Commercial – close management of P&L to maximise value for the client
  • Passionate – delivers amazing work and an excellent client service
  • Management & Motivation of direct Line Reports and to oversee the Field Team relationships
  • Delivering against the SLA and all KPIs
