Account Manager

OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a strategic and creative Account Manager to manage one of our largest client accounts, taking overall responsibility for the successful development and management of the client relationship.

This opportunity is one not to be missed for an AM who enjoys regular client contact, new challenges and working with an established team of professionals.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will have experience working across a number of multi-brand clients and proven expertise in building and developing strong client relationships. They will be a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of integrated marketing. They will have the ability to offer strategic advice to our clients and offer solutions to business challenges.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the implementation and delivery of client activity, ensuring that client satisfaction, revenue and profitability targets can be met.
  • Management & motivation of direct Line reports and to oversee the Field Team relationships
  • Overall responsibility for campaign budgets and forecasting your client spend for year ahead
  • Creative idea generation and management of creative processes
