Reports To:                           iD  

Contract:                               Part time, Thursday – Sunday  

Salary:                                  £20,000-25,000 (dependant on experience) plus package.

Additional package              Opportunity to earn additional £2000 bonus per annum, Company vehicle, mobile

                                                phone, iPad and laptop (plus all other training equipment)

Since 2010, iD has implemented the largest UK Advisor Programme for Nespresso, with over 150 trained Advisors representing the brand within department stores across the UK.  Due to the success of the programme, iD now has an exciting opportunity for a Coaching & Development Manager to join their team working on behalf of the Brand reporting into the Account Director at iD.

This role requires a competent leader to train, coach and develop a team of Advisors within the London and M25 area, with a key focus on enhancing the in-store customer experience and hitting relevant team targets. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of the Nespresso Advisor Programme and play a significant role in the future success of the Nespresso brand.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing & developing a team of Advisors throughout the London & Surrounds
  • Encourage and inspire teams to achieve targets and enhance performance which drives results
  • Identify performance issues and training needs within your team in order to create monthly journey plans and personalise visits in line with requirements
  • Work alongside iD to keep retention rates high / support area succession plans
  • Deliver Nespresso brand training to all new recruits by providing an interactive and immersive classroom experience
  • Work closely with your iD HQ Team and Nespresso Business Development Managers
  • Responsible for delivering KPI’s and presenting results / action plans monthly to Nespresso
