iD were asked to support the UK launch of the worlds first thinking music player - Aether Cone.

How it worked

  • The brand hosted their first pop-up store in London's South Molton Street for 10 days
  • iD recruited and trained a team of 'tech savvy' Brand Ambassadors to engage consumers through live product demonstrations in-store
  • 400 consumer feedback surveys completed in-store - providing valuable insight for future communication
  • Trained Ambassadors supported the subsequent retail launch in Selfridges London - on Black Friday
  • Average of 6 product sales per day (RRP £349.99)
