How it worked

  • We provided expert teams of demonstrators positioned in high footfall department stores nationwide, educating consumers about the benefits of the Philips products to drive in-store sales.
  • We held assessment days to select demonstrators that were unique to the brand profile and training sessions to provide expert sales knowledge prior to each activity
  • We developed a client reporting hub to provide detailed daily reports to measure sales, consumer interactions and ROI
  • Captured in-store research to feedback consumer insights after each product launch
  • Delivered over 3000 demonstrations days in a 9 month period across retailers including Selfridges, John Lewis, Boots and Curry’s nationwide
